How fast will I receive my gift card code?
Most codes arrive within 60 seconds of successful payment. During peak periods or additional fraud review, delivery may take up to 15 minutes. Check your spam folder and ensure the email entered at checkout is correct.
I didn't receive my email. What should I do?
First, check spam and promotions folders. Then visit Track Order or email support@gifthisk.com with your checkout email and brand purchased.
Are the gift cards valid in the United States?
Yes. All codes sold on gifthisk are intended for US accounts and US storefronts unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Is gifthisk safe to use?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. gifthisk never stores card numbers. Our site uses 256-bit SSL encryption and follows US ecommerce compliance standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards through Stripe Checkout — including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Gifting
Can I send a gift card to someone else?
Absolutely. On any brand checkout page, select Send as a Gift to enter the recipient's email and an optional personal message. You still receive the payment receipt.

Unredeemed codes may qualify for a refund within 14 days if the code has not been viewed or used. See our Refund & Delivery Policy for full details.
